By order dated 27.01.2020, this Court directed the Court below to dispose O.S.Nos.110 & 215 of 2008 within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. Now, the learned II Additional District Munsif (Full Additional Charges), Puduchery, has requested this Court to grant further time to dispose of the aforesaid case.
