This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 04.02.2016 in CSR No.81/2016 dated 05.02.2016 in accordance with law. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 04.02.2016, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.81/2016 and the same was closed. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
