ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to dispose of the petitioners' https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation dated 21.08.2019 for grant of patta to their property measuring extent of 1911 sq.ft of land comprised in S.No.401, Thandurai Village, Avadi Taluk, Thiruvallur District, within the Registration District of Chennai-South and Registration Sub-District of Avadi, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 21.08.2019, after issuance of notice to the petitioners and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
