1. This Civil Suit has been filed, seeking a judgement and decree, for the following reliefs:- a) Framing a scheme of the administration of the 1st Defendant Trust by 1/3
removing the Trustees, namely the Defendants 2 to 7 and by appointing the Plaintiffs as Trustees and other competent persons. 2/3

Srcm b) Direction to the Defendants to render true and proper statement of accounts of the Trust for the period from 01.012008 to till date. c) Permanent injunction restraining the Defendants from in any manner from alienating or otherwise encumbering the properties of the 1st Defendant Trust, bearing Door No.9, Murugappa Achari Street, Chepauk, Chennai 600005 and Door No.11/14, Subramanya Chetty Lane, Chepauk, Chennai-5, more fully described in the Schedule. d) Costs.
2. A Memo of Compromise, dated 28.09.2023, signed by both the parties and their respective counsel, has been filed. In view of the said Memo of Compromise, this Civil Suit is decreed, in terms of the said Memo of Compromise, which shall form part of the decree.
