The petitioner had filed C.C.No. 151 of 2022 before the District Consumer Court at Vellore seeking return of the certificate and also compensation from the third respondent herein.

2. A final order had been passed wherein direction has been given for return of the certificates and also for payment of some compensation.

3. The petitioner cannot seek the same relief before this Court.
