The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a memo has been filed before the Additional Family Court, Chennai that the suit is settled out of Court and hence, she seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
