This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Spl.S.C.No.3 of 2017 pending trial on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri and quash the same. 2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the case in Spl.S.C.No.3 of 2017 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri, has been ended in acquittal, by an order dated 31.10.2023 and nothing survives in this petition. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
