This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to accept the cause title of the petitioner in the above appeal.

2. Ms.A.Jagadeeswari, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the 2nd defendant died on 19.02.2019 leaving behind her daughter viz., E.Deepika, the 2nd respondent herein as her only legal heir and she showed her in the above appeal. Hence, it is just and necessary to file the present petition praying to accept the cause title.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit as justifiable one, this petition is allowed.
