ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent to register an FIR, on the complaint dated 07.10.2015, given by the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.453 of 2015 and similarly on the complaint given by the opposite party against the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.440 of 2015.
4. Under such circumstances, the second respondent-Police is directed to conduct enquiry in both the CSR.Nos.440 and 453 of 2015 and take action in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
