Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed in Judgement and conviction passed in SC.No. 72/2021 dated 03.02.2022 on the file of the Learned Principal District and Sessions Judge of Tiruppur and release the petitioner on Bail pending Crl.A.No.185 of 2022.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.
