ORDER

This case was referred from District Mediation Centre, Nagapattinam. The parties have arrived at a settlement before the District Mediation Centre, Nagapattinam on 14.08.2019, which is reduced to writing by a Settlement Agreement. The parties have signed in the Settlement Agreement and counter-signed by their respective counsels.

2. The following terms of Settlement Agreement are recorded, which are as follows:

A. The petitioners have agreed to receive the compensation of Rs.1,50,000 as full quit (Rupees One lakh and fifty thousand only) from the respondent without any interest.

B. The respondent agreed to pay the compensation within 2 months from the date of receipt of order passed by the Honourable High Court, Chennai.

C. The respondent corporation if failed to pay the compensation amount within the stipulated time agreed to pay the interest 7.5% thereon from the date of receipt of order passed by this Honourable High Court, Chennai. 3.

In view of the above said terms of Settlement Agreement, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. The Settlement Agreement shall form part and parcel of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
