ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pass suitable orders on the representation made by the petitioners on 20.08.2018.

2. The case of the petitioners is that they are the owners of the subject property and they have made a representation to the respondents seeking for a patta. According to the petitioners, there is a decree that was passed in favour of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

father of the petitioners in O.S. No.629 of 1995. By virtue of this decree, the petitioners are claiming for a patta.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents, on instructions submitted that notice has already been sent to the petitioners directing them to attend for the enquiry. The learned counsel for the petitioners also submitted that such a notice was issued to the petitioners. The petitioners have been directed to produce all the relevant documents in order to substantiate their claim.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioners and to conduct an enquiry and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
