O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1732 of 2021 dated 20.12.2021 on the file of the respondent police.

2. While granting default bail to the petitioner herein, the trial Court has imposed a condition that the petitioner should appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for 30 days. The petitioner has not complied the said condition. The reason stated by the petitioner in this application for modification is that since the respondent police is located in the village, where the rival group is residing. They upheld threat to the life, when they go to the police station and report as per the Court order and therefore, seeks for modification to report before any Magistrate or Police station other than the present place.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court modifies the condition that the petitioner should report before the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m from 10.03.2022 onwards until further orders.
