ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 01.07.2015 passed in WP.No.19236 of 2015.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the order of this Court dated 01.07.2015 has been complied with. They have also produced a copy of the order in G.O.(3D)No.20 Environment and Forests (FR-2) Department, dated 28.04.2016 to that effect.
