ORDER

Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that subsequent to the suspension of the petitioner from service, the respondent had dismissed the petitioner from service, therefore nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.

2. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the dismissal order issued by the respondent. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
