This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the counter parties. In this regard, on the complaint lodged by the counter party, the counter party was issued CSR.No. 245/2018.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the enquiry has been completed and closed the CSR.No.245/2018 since the parties have amicably settled the issues between themselves and also the entire allegations are civil in nature.
