This petition has been filed to relax the condition i.e., 4(c) the petitioner shall appear before the Krishnagiri Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30454 of 2024 dated 19.12.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the submissions and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30454 of 2024 on 19.12.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the KrishnagirTown Police Station, Krishagiri District as and when required for interrogation.
