2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly, the order dated 15.10.2025 made in Crl.M.P.No.19127 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.916 of 2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
