This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to restrain the 2nd respondent from leaving the country pending disposal of M.C.No.53 of 2015 filed before the Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet and pending investigation in Crime No.1 of 2015 on the file of All Women Police Station, Madipakkam, in accordance with S.6 (2)(g) of the Passports Act, 1967.

2. It is seen that the petitioner is the wife and the 2nd respondent is the husband. Already the matter is pending before the Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet in M.C.No.53 of 2015. Therefore, the prayer sought for this writ petition cannot be granted.
