ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondent authorities to forthwith return the original certificates of the petitioner that were submitted by her at the time of her admission to Post Graduation Diploma in Gynaecology and Obstetrics course in the 3rd respondent College by accepting the undertaking affidavit that she will render her service to the Government of Tamil Nadu on completion of her Post Diploma DNB course.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with a liberty to file a Writ Petition on a fresh cause of action, if any, arises and she has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

3. In view the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition on a fresh cause of action, if any, arises. No costs.
