This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for disobeying the order passed by this Court in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ WMP.No.23074 of 2017 in W.P.No.22319 of 2017 dated
18.08.2017.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader on 27.10.2017, the respondent had complied with the orders of this Court by registering the document and returning the same to the petitioner.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, the contempt petition stands closed.
