2. The petitioner herein filed the Suit seeking declaration and consequential relief permanent injunction against the respondent.

3. Though the respondent is served notice and his name appears in the list, there is no representation for the respondent. Having regard to the fact that the suit is of the year 2015, without expressing opinion on the merits of matter, this Court is inclined to issue direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.
