CR.NO.1437 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble in Crl.OP.No.20758 of 2020 dated 05.01.2021 in respect of condition No.5(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orrders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.VINOTH KUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.THANKIRA, Government Advocate (crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (This case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20758 of 2020 dated 05.01.2021.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20758 of 2020 dated 05.01.2021, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
