counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has entered into a C.SARAVANAN,J.

kkd compromise with the contesting respondents 1 and 2 and they have also filed a compromise memo. The said compromise memo is recorded. The 3rd respondent is only a formal party and the 4th respondent has passed away.

2. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present civil revision petition is allowed in terms of compromise memo entered into between the petitioner and the 1st and 2nd respondents. The compromise memo shall form part of the decree. No cost.
