This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 13.12.2014.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that petition enquiry was conducted on the complaint dated 13.12.2014 and closed in the year 2014.
4. Recording the same, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
