On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that though a complaint received from the fifth respondent in W.P.No.4590 of 2023 and he was issued with CSR, subsequently it was closed. Further, there is no interference by the fourth respondent with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the fifth respondent.
