The petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent to register the the petitioner's complaint dated 15.10.2014. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired into and the same has been closed on 13.12.2013.

4. Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.

5. The respondent police is directed to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner.
