ORDER

Mr.V.Shanmuga Sundar, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents.

2. This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the 3rd respondent to conduct peace committee meeting on or before 22.02.2021 as per the communication of the second respondent, dated 08.02.2021 and the observation of the Sub Collector on 23.05.2018.

3. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the time of admission itself.

4. Heard Mr.G.Munuraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Shanmuga Sundar, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents.

5. On instructions, Mr.V.Shanmuga Sundar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the 3rd respondent is willing to consider the petitioner's representation today itself and pass final orders immediately thereafter.

6. Recording the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.01.2021 requesting the 2nd respondent to conduct peace committee meeting with regard to the conduct of Ashtapandana Maha Kumbabhishekam of Mariamman Temple situated at Thirumalaipatti, Senthamangalam Circle, Namakkal District on 22.02.2021, after giving due consideration to the communication of the second respondent, dated 08.02.2021 in Letter No.O.Mu.660/2021 and the observations issued by the Sub Collector on 23.05.2018 in Na.Ka.No.7382/2015/M1 and pass final orders today itself (19.02.2021) after affording personal hearing to the petitioner.

7. The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions would submit that the petitioner shall appear before the 3rd respondent at 4.00 p.m., today.

8. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
