ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned Counsel for the petitioner is present. 2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the petition enquiry in Current Paper No:RC.No.00580/COP/-TBM/TAPAL/2022 dated 09.02.2022 is pending.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Further, this Court directs the respondent police not to harass the petitioner till then.
