O R D E R

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for by the petitioner in the present revision has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in this regard. He further submitted that suit in O.S.No. 309 of 2000 is pending from the year 2000 and therefore, he prayed for a speedy disposal of the said suit which is pending on the file of the learned District Munsif, Alandur.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Since the suit is of the year 2000, learned District Munsif, Alandur is directed to Page No.2 of 4

dispose of the suit, preferably within a period of three(03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
