This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, challenging the impugned proceedings of the fourth respondent dated 14.07.2009 in charge against No.02069-H and consequently, direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's name for promotion to the post of Adhikari with effect from the date of promotion of his juniors with all consequential benefits.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, it is stated that the respondents have passed an order dated 10.02.2022 granting promotion to the petitioner and as such, the prayer in the writ petition has become 2/4

infructuous.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
