ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.814 of 2002 in C.M.A. C.F.R.No.14200 of 2002, and set aside the order dated 31.03.2011.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the facts of the present case is squarely covered in similar case viz., C.R.P.Nos.2584 to 2586 of 2012, order dated 24.07.2017.

3. In view of the above submissions made by the counsels for both the parties, this Civil Revision petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed in C.R.P.No.2584 to 2586 of 2012, dated 24.07.2017. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
