ORDER

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Ms.J.R. Archana, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police reported that the petitioner has been complied with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 35930 of 2025 vide order dated 30.12.2025 regularly.

2.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 35930 of 2025 vide order dated 30.12.2025, are relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 10-02-2026 MSM To The Inspector of Police, Pallapatty Police Station Salem District Crime No. 453 of 2025.
