Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in impugned order in Rc.No.C2/PTB/Appeal 02/2014 dated 21.08.2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent modifying the punishment of termination of service as compulsory retirement w.e.f.07.02.2014 and confirmed by the 1st respondent in Appeal in Rc.No.210694/AP.IV(2)/2013 dated 20.04.2015 and quash the same and consequentially direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service as Inspector of Police with all monetary and service benefits. 1/3
