ORDER

The petitioner-Proprietor of Gani Briyani Centre has filed an affidavit confirming that he would vacate and handover the vacant possession of the tenanted property on or before 15.11.2024. In the Page No.1 of 4

meanwhile, for a period of his occupation till then he would continue to pay monthly rent at the rate of Rs.2,000/-.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent agrees to the same after getting instructions from the landlord.

3. Whenever the vacant possession is handed over on or before 15.11.2024, the advance amount of Rs.10,000/- will be handover by the landlord to the tenant. The undertaking affidavit filed by the petitioner shall form part of the order.

4. Recording the above said undertaking affidavit, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
