This Court, by order dated 17.11.2025, granted two weeks' time to the petitioner to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.18510 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.1924 of 2025 dated 06.10.2025 and made it clear that if the petitioner fails to comply with the order, the order granting suspension of sentence would stand vacated.
