C.S.No.616 of 2011 and C.S.No.700 of 2011 C.S.No.616 of 2011 and C.S.No.700 of 2011 N.SESHASAYEE, J., The sixth defendant has been appointed to collect the amounts in the bank deposits ( described in the suit as 'C' schedule) Vide preliminary decree dated 06.06.2019. He has now filed an affidavit informing the Court that he has collected the funds and has also disbursed the same to ten of the parties who are all entitled to claim the same. The details are given at Page No.4 of his affidavit dated 19.10.2021. The said affidavit is recorded.

2. Accordingly, the property in 'C' schedule has been divided in the manner preliminary decree has mandated.
