ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 5(b) imposed in Crl.O.P.No.65 of 2025 dated 07.01.2025 in Crime No.612 of 2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet is yet to be filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in para no. 5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.65 of 2025 dated 07.01.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 24.02.2025 dk To The Inspector Of Police V-4, Rajamangalam Police Station, Page No.2 of 4
