ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamallee to complete the trial as expeditiously possible in C.C.No.229 of 2013.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3. It is seen that the case is pending since 2013. Under such circumstances, this court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate to expedite the trial proceedings and complete the same within a period of six months from the date of a copy of this order.
