Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.RAJAVELU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.296 of 2022 by an order dated 07.01.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is regularly complying the condition.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer is modified to the effect that the petitioner should report before the Investigating Officer as and when required, until further orders.
