ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, Special Court for Exclusive Trial under Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day in the event of their surrender.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents submitted that it is a case of matrimonial dispute and enquiry has been conducted and closed. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
