This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.20 of 2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Crime No.20 of 2014 was conduced and closed as mistake of fact and the RCS notice in RCS.No.2 of 2014 was served on the petitioner as early as on 24.02.2014.

4. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued as prayed for by the petitioner and this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedies in the manner known to law.
