Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.12.2020 and consequently direct the respondent to conduct the survey relating to the petitioner's property at Danishpettai Village, comprised in S.No.399/D Measuring total extent of 739 sq.ft.

ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.12.2020 and consequently direct the respondent to conduct the survey relating to the petitioner's property at Danishpettai Village, comprised in S.No.399/1 measuring total extent of 739 sq.ft.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent and made a statement on instructions that enquiry is fixed at 11.00 a.m., on 02.03.2021 at the Office of the respondent.

4. The said statement of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.

5.Since the enquiry is already fixed, no further direction is required to be made except that the respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision and after providing the parties a fair and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

effective hearing, to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 31.12.2020 through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of service of order copy, subject to such time that may be lost in responsibilities connected with the ensuing General Election of the Tamil Nadu State Legislative Assembly, 2021. 6.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
