This petition is filed to condone the delay of 16 days in filing the above Criminal Revision.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the 1st respondent and learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent. Both the learned counsel have no objection for allowing this petition.
3. Though the 2nd respondent has entered appearance through counsel, there is no representation for him either in person or through counsel when the matter is called.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of no objection expressed by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 3, the delay of 16 days in filing the Criminal Revision is condoned and the petition is ordered.
