The Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 11.10.2011 passed by the Hion'ble District Munsif Court, Udhagamandalam, The Nilgiris in I.A.No.300 of 2008 in O.S.No.77 of 2008.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners submitted that the suit itself has been dismissed for default. Hence, the present Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. In the event of restoring the suit, the revision petitioners are at liberty to file an application to restore this petition. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
