ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the condition as shall report before the trial Court of Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Allikulam, Chennai every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until completion of trial in Crl.O.P.No.15490 of 2024 dated 03.07.2024. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is daily coolie and that the petitioner struggle to attend his coolie works for comply with the condition. Hence, he prays to modify the same. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15490 of 2024 dated 03.07.2024.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15490 of 2024 dated 03.07.2025, is relaxed and that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
