For Petitioner : M/S.R.SASIKUMAR Advocate For Respondent : MR.R.SEKAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petition for anticipatory bail.

2.Offences alleged in the petition are under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC, whereas, offence alleged in the FIR in Crime No.60/2017 is under Section 420 IPC.

3.In connection with purchase of diesel on loan, wordy altercation arose on both sides. There is an allegation of abuse of owner. The petitioners are auto drivers. They are alleged to have abused the defacto complainant, when money is demanded. 4.Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in order to collect money, the defacto complainant lodged a false complaint. 5.Considering the above aspects, I am inclined to grant them anticipatory bail.

6.Ordered as under:

(i) Anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners; (ii) Petitioners shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kanchipuram, within 15 days of receipt of a copy of the order;

(iii) Petitioners shall execute a separate bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate;

(iv) Petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
