ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed to appear before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Alandur instead of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chengalpet, daily at 10.30 a.m.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that there is a life threat for the petitioner herein.

3. Taking all the factors into consideration, the condition is modified and this Petition stands allowed. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Alandur for a period of 30 days at 10.30 a.m. Thereafter, he must appear during the case hearing dates before the Court.
