ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 24.04.2015 passed in WP.No.11967 of 2015.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the order of this Court dated 24.04.2015 has been complied with. They have also produced a copy of the order in G.O.(3D)No.20 Environment and Forests (FR-2) Department, dated 28.04.2016 to that effect.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the contempt petition is closed.
