kkd and therefore, he sought time to implead the legal representatives of the deceased first petitioner and hence, the case was adjourned by two weeks. Even today, i.e. 07.08.2019, the 2nd petitioner has not taken any steps to implead the legal representatives of the deceased 1st petitioner. In view of the above, this civil revision petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to restore this civil revision petition along with impleading petition. No cost. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
